Through partnership with the Columbia Greene Workforce Development System, the Mid-Hudson Library System, Columbia Opportunities, and Community Action of Greene County have established Workforce Development Career Resource Extension Centers. These sites contain specialized employment, training, and business related resources that are available any time these organizations are open. The enhanced career resources available with these sites allow patrons to quickly and easily locate information services specific to jobseekers and employers. A sampling of the materials available include:

• Benefit and wage information
• On-the-job training information
• Access to career counseling and skill assessment
• Adult Education and literacy information

• Resume Database
• Information on employee screening, testing and interviewing services
• Employer training/tax credit information
• Employer incentive program information
