OJT is a wage incentive reimbursement program for hiring a candidate you feel could be successful in the position but requires training. Keep in mind all jobs must be year round, regular positions with a good amount of training required. The length of the contracts vary depending on the position skill level and the job seeker's qualifications. All OJT's will require a job description and a detailed training outline.
