Application for the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) for Columbia & Greene County residents. - We will be offering a summer employment program again this year. The program serves teenagers who are at least 14 years old and are still enrolled in school. The program may be different this year, with options that include more than job placement at worksites, but all participants will either be making a wage or receiving stipends for participation.
